The handle has maroon linen micarta covers with a stainless steel escutcheon, pins, and liners, stainless steel spring. Spring is flush in the closed, half stop, and open positions. Pepe Jalomo is a Laredo, Texas knifemaker, and protégé of renowned custom knife maker Enrique Peña.
