Gavko Custom Modified Mako, Darkwashed AEB-L, Anodized TI Handle Scales

This is a Gavko Knives Custom "Modified" Mako, made by custom knifemaker Michael Gavac. This Mako has a 3 1/2 Darkwashed AEB-L, Modified Tanto, steel blade that is also Compound Gound along the blade. The Titanium Handle Scales have been Stonewashed and then Anodized with Greenish/Bronze colors with Blue/Purple highlights along the handle bevels. The OAL is 7 7/8. The Titanium handle scales have been contoured and Rock and Partial Circle milled patterns.

This pocket clip has been contoured and Blue Anodized. The backspacer has been uniquely milled contoured to gracefully flow with the handle scales and is to match the pocket clip. Only a few "Modified" Mako's have been made and this is a fantastic example of one with a lot of great details and really unique blade grinds from Michael Gavac. This knife opens smoothly and locks up solid.
