This model features Buffalo Horn handle (one of the most desired knife handle materials available), a mirror polished stainless steel blade, dual brass forged bolsters and liners, brass pivot pin and a stainless spine engraved with the distinctive Laguiole® Bee. Each 9cm model also displays the iconic shepherd's cross pin inlay on one side of the handle to indicate its true authenticity.
