1 x Custom Knife (NEW) - Brian Tighe Damasteel & Carbon Fiber Exclusive, Carbon Fiber is unibody - made of one piece of carbon fiber. A waiting time to have one like this custom made may commonly be around a year. I know only about 2 knives of this type in existence (may be more but still very few). Note: Last photo not mine but a lower line model (photo from online). The one I sell that has Damascus ring around its pivot and neither Damascus clip unlike the one in the last photo.

Unibody has beautiful shape indeed. The Brian Tighe'Tighe Down' combines the artistry of modern design with high-tech materials. Brian Tighe is, without a doubt, one of Canada's top custom knifemakers.

This damasteel custom folding knife features stunning Swedish damasteel damacus blade material, it is both stainless and is known to be a high performance damascus steel, ready to use. The long drop point blade shape features a razor sharp hollow ground blade. The blade opens with a quick flipper snap because of the sealed trust bearings provide you with a low friction pivot. The pivot is seated in a damasteel setting. The integral handle on the Tighe folding knife is carbon fiber that is machined with a contoured pattern and provides the user with an extremely light yet ultra strong and ridged handle.

Integral lanyard hole in the handle. The "Tighe Down" also features a custom damasteel pocket clip mounted for tip up everyday carry. The knife has a button lock that provides the user with easy one-handed use. The interior of the knife pivot has a hardened steel insert that allows the bearings and lock to work with a lifetime of precision. My opinion: Pics didn't do it justice and this custom Tighe Down is easily twice as beautiful as pictured! When I saw this knife pictured, I wondered where the frame screws were.

The combination of the one-piece custom carbon fiber frame in concert with the exquisitely etched Damasteel blade has an incredible glossy sheen to it. This one has to be held to be believed.

This particular Tighe Down even places higher on my Hierarchy with other Damasteel knives such as my Grimsmos, and Beggs priced similarly but this is just my humble opinion. With a very innovative style Brian Tighe always seems to up the bar.
