Citadel's Chantha knife is designed with everyday tasks in mind, the blade is wide with a swedge making for a nice slicing point. The thumb ramp with rounded jimping comes in handy to enhance grip and control. The handle is just the right size to fill the hand and is quite comfortable in long whittling sessions. The blade is hand crafted from Bohler N690Co stainless steel with Z40C13 stainless liner lock frame.

This knife comes with lightly polished black rayskin scales. A stout lanyard ring is cut into the back spacer, keeping the lanyard out of the way until needed. The back spacer and spine are hand carved.

With a little practice the knife can be opened one handed. A padded nylon canvas pouch with embroidered Citadel logo is included. Blade Length: 2.75 (7 cm).

N690Co Steel is a high-end stainless developed by Bohler and designed for hard use in aggressively corrosive environments. Known for it's very high hardness (upper 50s HRC) and excellent wear resistance. A swedge is a tapered or beveled false edge (Usually not fully sharpened) along the spine of the knife, It reduces the point thickness for improved piercing ability.
