I bought this knife 2 weeks ago from knifeart as it is an exclusive through them. This knife is brand new. I have only opened it to inspect and take the pictures. I have not cut anything or even carried this knife.

The Chris Reeve Carbon Fiber Sebenza is a large Sebenza 21 with a rock solid side of carbon fiber handle on the front - with a full integral lock blasted titanium on the locking side. The carbon fiber scale reduces the weight significantly, without compromising on the strength.

The Large Carbon Fiber Sebenza is bank vault solid. This is a knife that really needs to be held to be appreciated. It is lighter in the hand - yet the carbon fiber is incredibly rigid and true. Fully machines and laps the textured carbon fiber scales to make sure the tolerances are up to their high standards and provides an excellent grip. Titanium pocket clip is blasted and provides just the right amount of tension to hold the knife in place. Pocket clip is mounted for blade tip up carry. The Large Carbon Fiber Sebenza utilizes an extremely high quality stainless S35-VN blade which is arguably the finest blade steel available.

Blade hardness is 59-60 HRC. The stainless S35-VN blade has a shallow hollow grind giving the blade a very nice platform for a razor sharp edge.

Jimping on the thumb rest of the blade spine gives you added forward traction and control. Thumb stud and spacer give the knife a touch of color and class.

Black braided lanyard has a Chris Reeve titanium bead with blue anodized accents. The carbon fiber sebenza 21 comes packaged with a hex tool, grease, attached layard/bead, chamois cloth and paperwork. This knife is made with pride and precision in Boise, Idaho by.
