Each 11cm knife displays the iconic shepherd's cross on the handle to indicate its true authenticity.

Razor sharp T12 steel blade with a breathtaking crocus finish (so smooth and shiny that it actually shows undistorted reflections). Pistachio wood handle sourced from either France or Italy. Dual solid forged brass bolsters and liners.
