Andre De Villiers ADV Trailboss

This is a used knife showing very minimal wear. I bought this directly from Andre De Villiers in South Africa. The Trailboss is a mid-tech design. It's built on the base of the Tac Butcher Gen 3 model with some added and upgraded features. It has a full flat ground drop point blade. There is a thumb disk, which you can use to open the blade instead of the flipper.

The 3.875 blade of the Trailboss is made from S35VN stainless steel, with a polished finish. The handle is sandblasted titanium.

These knives are produced in small batches. Each handle is made specifically for each knife.

The Trailboss is the first ADV folder to utilize the internal lockbar over travel stop which is built into the replaceable steel insert. The pivot point is what sets this knife apart from all others. It has an inset torx screw that fits inside the pivot, allowing you to tighten down the pivot while adjusting the centering or overall smoothness of the action. Its also using a caged bearing system.

Jimping on the flipper tang is sharp and functional. The pocket clip is made from milled titanium. Blade Steel: S35VN Stainless Steel. Includes a Digital Camo ADV Zipper Pouch.
