For sale: Aaron Frederick Trash Panda Slip Joint 3.5 with black and white G-10 handle. The hollow ground clip point blade is made from AEB-L steel, which has high toughness, good corrosion resistance, and is easy to sharpen.

The handles are layered G-10 fiberglass. The backspring is strong, but it is not overly strong compared to other slip joints I have owned. There is a 90-degree half stop. Trash Panda Knives is a collaborative project from Aaron Frederick, John W Smith, and CJ Smith. Their knives are made in the USA, ultra-tough, and designed for hard use. The designer, Aaron Frederick, is a Navy veteran who has been making knives since 1994. His experience ranges from the top end of the art knife market with his father-in-law John W. Smith, to making and sharpening knives for military personnel. He has been making this slip joint design since circa 1997. This version has a blade shape designed in collaboration with fellow knifemaker John Gray.
