Chaves American Knives - Custom Redencion 228 Custom Folder - V2 - 4th (and Final) Version. This knife features a custom Black DLC Coating over the Titanium Frame, handle and Blade. Custom'High Voltage' Edition: Pivot Bolt, hardware, barrel spacers, thumb studs & Pocket Clip are all custom anodized in'High Voltage Blue.

This Custom Black and Blue High Voltage was most likely done by either Sean at Recalcitrant or Andrew at FanaticEdge. Chaves American Made Knives / CAMK 228 MidTech Knives are becoming increasingly harder to find, most likely because these knives are the closest thing to a custom Chaves and at 1/4 of the price.

I took this knife in trade from a collector and it looks like he may have carried this knife a few times. There are only the slightest visible signs of occasional use appearing as a few surface marks on the DLC blade--but not on the cutting edge! Facial Cutouts on Skeleton pocket clip. Relief area on lock bar release is blended.

Bearings only - no washers. Chaves American Made' logo on blade (hard to see since the DLC coating is covering it). This knife comes with original Chaves NalPak hard case with Chaves 228 foam insert. This knife will also come with a brand new Chaves MicroFiber hankie.
